So basically, the whole point of this blog is just to meet my weekly quota of one post for my English class. I write all the time for my own amusement but unfortunately, my writings are mostly personal or terribly unrefined and therefore unsuitable for posting online. It seems like now I’ll be writing more frequently than I want… I guess that’s good for me but I know I’m going to have trouble coming up with something once a week. If I do not develop a problem with formulating ideas, I know I’ll totally forget to post on time. What could be an easy A is going to become the scourge of my week.
In a journal, the content doesn’t matter. With a letter I know who I am writing to. Here though, what is the point? Who is my audience? Who even cares to read this!? I guess the simplest solution it to just write as if I am ranting to empty space. That ought to make things easier, though I could take a nice, peaceful walk into the middle of vacant woods and do the same thing without having to record my ramblings and thus acknowledge the pointlessness of the majority of my thoughts. Until I decide on an audience figure, it’ll pretty much be as if I’m talking to myself. I guess this is a good way of keeping us actively writing, it’s just I really don’t like blogging. Well, whoever you are, wherever you are, enjoy my weekly splurging for the rest of the semester.
